Isle of Wight Steam Railway are delighted to have worked with Education Destination
to produce a range of curriculum-focused teaching resources suitable for all key stages. A mixture of pre-visit, on-site and post-visit activities, various subjects are differentiated by age and ability, helping make the very most of your visit from a learning perspective.
A total of 84 high quality resources are now available to schools and groups planning a visit to Isle of Wight Steam Railway. Many of the resources are designed to be usable on days when the trains are not operating, which means that you can visit any time of year.
Each resource is accompanied by detailed teacher notes and parent notes to explain them fully.
