Santa Testimonial

"The whole experience was nothing short of exceptional.."

My wife and I visited our son and his family on the Isle of Wight over the weekend. My wife had booked tickets for us, 4 adults and three grandchildtren, to ride the Santa Special on Sunday (8th December).

I would just like to say what a fabulous time we all had and would ask that you pass on our thanks to all of the volunteers operating on the day. There was so much to see and do! Everybody working at the station was in ‘high spirits’, making the whole atmosphere so enjoyable. The grandchildren were really delighted with the presents that they received from Santa. The "grotto" was nothing short of exceptional, with so much effort going into the displays. The ladies serving the mulled wine etc were just delightful and the range of craft stalls was really good.

You all have really gone "that extra mile" to ensure that visitors are made welcome, have lots to do and get their festive season off to a great start. We will certainly return to Havenstreet in 2014.

Thank you all so very much..

Regards and enjoy Christmas!
