THE 1940s EXPERIENCE 4th & 5th July Silk stockings and liberated
ladies!... inspired music and dance... Men in uniforms and spivs with goods
to sell. Relive the 1940s, travel by steam train and discover what life
was like with rationing, air raids and the Home Guard... Meet the family
in their 1940s home, admire the fashions, music and dance of the era and
see the 'French Resistance' as they take over Wootton Station! Experience the exciting and most dangerous 1940s! Tickets, which includes steam train ride - Adults £10.50, Children

steam... FolkStation offers two days of timeless folk, blues and folk-rock
set within the perfect arena of Havenstreet Station. Come along each day
or book a pitch for your tent and stay all weekend to make sure you don't
miss out on any of the fun. To complement your visit there will be a full
service of steam trains throughout the weekend, plus Real Ale Bar and a
wide range of food and refreshments. Tickets - Day Festival only: Adults £5, Children £2.50, Family £12.50.

MOTOR SHOW (In conjunction with IW Motor Traders) 18th & 19th July
The perfect opportunity to see all the latest models from all the major
manufacturers on display in one place! Take time out to browse around the
cars on show, chat to the local motor dealers, and settle back for a relaxing

THOMAS 24th - 28th July Peep! Peep! Thomas the Tank Engine rolls into Havenstreet Station for
five fun-filled days.
Children, parents, and grandparents are invited to enter the magical world
of Thomas & Friends at The Isle of Wight Steam Railway!
Take a ride behind a steam train, meet 'Sir Topham Hatt' and Mrs Kyndley,
and enjoy a host of fun-filled activities with Thomas, the 'Troublesome
Trucks,' Mavis the diesel engine and Trevor the traction engine, Take part
in a treasure hunt and enjoy Punch & Judy and Magic shows, and the children
can let off steam on the bouncy castles and take a ride on a bumpy bus!
To complete your great day out there's picnic areas and plenty of food and
drink! A Day Out With Thomas ... This really is a packed day out for all the

VICTORIAN WEEKEND 8th - 9th August
Rediscover a forgotten world with ladies in bustle gowns, Victorian maids,

stalls offering a wealth of treasures ... And performing in authentic Victorian
costume, Fiona Harrison will take you down 'memory lane' with nostalgic

EXHIBITION 12th & 13th September
A steam train here, a diesel there, and a mainline express charging through
the station! The excitement and the charm of railways in miniature for all

Whether you have a 'nose' for fine wines or just enjoy quaffing a favoured
tipple, our wine festival will be a treat for your olfactory receptors and
taste-buds!
Now established as an annual event, our Wine Festival offers a selection
of wines from around the World to taste and purchase; plus there's a selection
from closer to home, including the Isle of Wight Tickets - Free Admission, but Wine-Tasting tickets available on the

are Only 45 minutes from Portsmouth Harbour!
For Mainland visitors, travelling to us from Portsmouth
Harbour could not be easier! The short crossing by WIGHTlink high speed
catamaran to Ryde Pier Head and the Island Line electric train journey to Smallbrook
Junction, the cross-platform interchange station with the Isle of Wight Steam
Railway, only takes about 45 minutes! For more information on how to find us

tickets from Portsmouth Harbour (available from us) include the ferry, electric
