The 29th Island Summer Steam Show, held at Havenstreet over the August Bank Holiday weekend was enjoyed by record breaking crowds. The spectacular extravaganza featured steam engines, veteran and vintage cars and motorcycles, historic commercial vehicles, a traditional fairground and much more besides. Star attraction in the show arena this year was a thrilling display of medieval jousting and hand-to-hand combat from the Lincolnshire based re-enactment group "Legends".
