Season Tickets are issued subject to the Isle of Wight Railway Co. Ltd's "Conditions of issue of Tickets" & "ByeLaws" which are available from booking offices; also the following special conditions:

1. Season Tickers are only available for use by the named holder and are not transferable.
2. Tickets will be validated for one year from the date of issue or from the first scheduled seasonal operating day, or from the date of expiry of the previous ticket, whichever is the later.
3. The Company will only issue Season tickets between Wootton & Smallbrook Junction.   They are available to and from intermediate stations where advertised services are available.
4. Season Tickets are available for travel in advertised public passenger trains only, subject to availability of space.
5. The ticket is available for travel only and excludes the benefits of seasonal gifts, fare and foodstuffs on Special Events including "Fish & Chip Specials".

 Please Note: We recommend that all tickets purchased online are bought at least seven days prior to the date you wish to visit the IW Steam Railway, and we will always endeavour to dispatch tickets to you promptly by post. Tickets can only be sent to the cardholder’s registered billing address. However, if you wish to travel within the next seven days, and for customers who book from outside of the UK, your tickets will be held for collection on the day from the Railway ticket office at Havenstreet Station during Railway opening times, as we cannot guarantee that tickets posted will reach you in time. (We regret that you will not be able to collect pre-booked tickets from Smallbrook Junction or Wootton Stations, and must be collected from Havenstreet Station ticket office only)
